Favorite Scaled Memory
Working the America’s Cup challenge in 1988 was the most memorable for me because it was my first experience at Scaled where I began to understand the extreme team work and resiliency that the people who worked here have. I was so proud to be a part of that team.

Patti has over 30 years of experience at Scaled, starting in the shop as a composite fabricator on the Scarab Model 324. In her time at Scaled, she has held several positions with increasing responsibility. In 1992, Patti transitioned into the business management department. Then, in 2008, she took on the role of Director of Program Business Management. In December 2015 she transitioned into her current role of Vice President of Business Operations. Patti’s focus on developing cohesive customer-project team environments has fostered a culture of ensuring cost and schedule goals are a priority – while still having fun.
Prior to joining Scaled, Patti served in the United States Air Force as a Crew Chief on the SR-71 Blackbird at Beale Air Force Base, California.
Patti holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. In 2010, she was the recipient of the Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems President’s Award, recognizing exceptional performance and achievement in innovation and technology.
